Garages and Basements
If you are someone who uses their garage to park cars or work on virtually anything it may be a good idea to have the floors cleaned every once in a while. With basements, this is also a good idea because of the dust that can build up in these areas. Cleaning your garage floors, for example, will allow your aggregate floors to stay looking sharp for a longer period of time. If you allow a lot of grease and oil stains to build up any type of floor could suffer the consequences in the long run. With basements, we can actually serve a double purpose!
With garages, we can give a more generic description of what your problems may be. That is why we recently gave the example, of the aggregate floors and things of that nature. Basements come in different shapes, sizes, varieties. That is why they are a little harder for us to pin down and let you know how we can help. If you have literally a room that serves as a basement the type of cleaning that we can do is going to be different than if you have more of a crawl space area. Where what you don’t wat is more moisture creeping in. We can help you clean out floors and walls in certain cases.
This basically piggybacks on what we were just mentioning. It is important for us that you know that we are not just here to spray some water and take your money. With basements a lot of times we are the first ones that spot moisture issues in your ceilings and on floors. If that is the case we may advise you to get some help instead of cleaning, but making the problem worse.
If you are someone who likes to use your garage to work on your cars or basically any type of vehicle then your garage floors are probably going to be quite dirty. Therefore using power washing to be able to remove a lot of those stains and residue can see you obtain great results. Of course, just showing up and spraying hot water may not be the only way to get the job done. We can also add other types of chemicals to the mix to ensure that we are going to be able to get those oil and grease stains out.
Some people may be looking at this thinking well, I have tile floors in my basement and concrete floors in my garage. Is this going to work on both of these floors? The way that we are going to go about cleaning both of these floors may differ. Yet, of course we are going to be able to deliver good results basically regardless of the type of surface that we are going to be dealing with in these areas.
